A mesura que les anem traient de la paella les anem col·locant en un recipient i amb l’ajuda d’un colador hi tirem pebre vermell pel damunt. Anem fent capes de sardina fins que les tinguem totes fregides.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A l’oli de fregir, si no està molt cremat i brut de farina, si és així el colem, hi posem la cabeça d’alls desgranada o partida per la meitat, per què s’enrosseixin una mica, a continuació afegim les herbes aromàtiques, tot a foc baix. Apartem del foc i vigilant per què no ens esquitxi hi tirem el vinagre, ho tornem al foc per què s’evapori l’alcohol i seguidament ho aboquem per sobre les sardines, en calent.. Deixem refredar i guardem tapades a la nevera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;També es pot fer l’escabetx cuit, es a dir, quan tenim les sardines mig fregides, les empolvorem amb el pebre vermell i les reservem, fem la salsa de l’escabetx de la mateixa manera que abans, i quan ja s’ha evaporat l’alcohol del vinagre hi afegim les sardines i les deixem coure durant uns 5-10 minuts. Avui us presento una recepta molt simple però amb un resultat deliciós: caragols a la gormanda. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTS :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1,5 kg de caragols ( si podeu compreu caragols bovers )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 grans d'all i julivert&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 grams de carnsalada &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceba &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 copeta (~5 cl) de cognac&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cullerades de farina &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 fulles de llorer, sal, oli y pebre negre &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Llangonissa (opcional)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;En una olla posarem els caragols a bollir amb la sal (al gust) amb les fulles de llorer . Per tal de que els caragols no s'amaguin dintre la closca els "enganyarem" : els posarem amb aigua freda al foc fluix, i gradualment pujarem la intensitat del foc fins a la meitat. Els bollirem durant 20 minuts o mitja hora segons la mida del caragol.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mentresant en una cassola de fang posarem a fregir els alls i la ceba tallada ben petita. Quan estigui ben daurat agregarem la carnsalada tallada en tires gruixudes i la llangonissa. Remenem durant uns 2 o 3 minuts i afegim el cognac. Deixem reduïr una mica i afegim els caragols. Els tindrem a la cassola a foc mig durant 15 o 20 minuts. Durant els últims 5 minuts afegirem la farina poc a poc (ens podem ajudar de un colador) per tal de lligar el plat. Yo lo pondría como postre de una comida informal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 litro de leche&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canela en rama&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cáscara de un limón&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 cucharadas soperas de azúcar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr de arroz&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canela molida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La preparación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se pone a hervir la leche con la canela en rama y la cáscara del limón. Cuando comience a hervir se añade el arroz y se deja cocer unos 20 minutos, moviendo de vez en cuando y añadiendo el azúcar.En función de como os guste a cada uno, se retirará antes o más tarde del fuego. Para la preparación de esta coca se ha de encender la parte de abajo. No se utiliza el grill. Se pone la bandeja lo más alto posible.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se mezclan en un recipiente todos los ingredientes (excepto la gaseosa) con ayuda de la batidora. Después de haberlo batido bien, se añaden los sobrecitos de gaseosa y se vuelven a mezclar bien.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se vierte la masa en un molde que previamente habremos untado con una "gacheta" de aceite y harina para que no se pegue. El molde ha de ser grande, de forma que la masa no tenga más de un centímetro de grosor, ya que no se esponjaría bien de estar más alta.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se introduce en la parte superior del horno a 175º durante 55 minutos. Aquest blog es el projecte final del curs d'internet amb les noies més divertides amb que he tingut el plaer de compartir el taller d'internet de La Caixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;" &gt;Com a finalització del curs em pensat que seria molt divertit que cadascú aportés el seu granet de sorra al món digital en forma de blog; així doncs en disposarem a crear una pàgina web en equip, i anirem pujant receptes de lo més delicioses perqué tothom en pugui gaudir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;" &gt;Només  volia comentar que ha sigut una experiència molt profitosa per mi ( espero que per vosaltres també) i espero que us ho hagueu passat igual que jo.
